Tanya Langdon

Tanya Langdon

Tanya began training in gymnastics and dance as a young ‘un but it wasn’t until studying physical theatre with Is Theatre in 2001, specializing in Clown, that her freelance career as a performer began.  She has since taught and performed in Northern Territory and Western Australia in a number of circuses and companies.

Tan toured and performed lead roles with Red Dust Theatre in Alice Springs, including “Barracking” which received accolades at 2007 The Darwin Festival.

She works as a Clown Doctor “Dr Very Much” in Hobart regularly and has visited hospitals in Adelaide, Alice Springs, Darwin, Launceston and Burnie.

Since returning to Tasmania in 2008 to meet the love of her life and build a house in the country, she has also been a roving performer with The Fix It Men and The Lady Twitterers, which she co-devised and constructed.

She is pleased to be working on such a beautiful show as Wind in the Willows and hopes to be ever such a good Mole.
