Big Monkey’s Jam Tarts at the Taste of Tasmania

January 16th, 2011

Big Monkey’s roving performers ‘The Jam Tarts’ were busy entertaining crowds at the 2010-2011 Taste of Tasmania recently.

The White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter entertained the general public offering cups of tea (only supplied if you stuck your hand in the Mad Hatter’s teapot), turning children into rose bushes and looking everywhere for a girl named Alice.

The White Rabbit was, of course, late for everything, while the Queen was very restrained with the number of heads she ordered chopped off.

‘The Wind in the Willows’ in the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens
